Who are we?

Our journey is unlike any other. As a strengths-based outcome-focused social care service, we’re transforming the way individuals, families, communities and carers receive the help and support that they need. We believe in working together to help children, young people and adults develop the skills and resilience that last a lifetime so that they are better able to manage independently.

Having already made a great start in making our vision a reality, we’re now looking for additional motivated, creative and passionate children’s and adult social workers to join our fantastic teams, and we’re hoping that you could be one of them.

In exchange for joining us, we’ll offer you a working environment where you’re valued, supported and empowered to excel in your role. A place where excellent career development opportunities, fantastic employee benefits and strong supportive teams are the standard.
