A message from our Corporate Lead Officer - Porth Cynnal

​Hello everyone. Please let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Donna Pritchard, and I am the Corporate Lead Officer for Porth Gofal services. I have worked for the Council since 2016, before which I had worked as a mental health nurse for 36 years with the Health Board.

Thank you for expressing an interest in joining Ceredigion County Council and let me tell you a little about the services we offer and the importance of our new way of working.

I am responsible for a wide range of services within the Through Age Wellbeing care and support service. The services in Porth Gofal include the Integrated Triage and Assessment Service, Targeted and Short-Term Services, Direct Services and Housing Services.

I am very proud of the teams and staff within those services who have, and continue to work ,tirelessly and with total dedication in the delivery of the services they work in. They are fully committed to their work and the residents of Ceredigion are always at the forefront in everything that they do.

Over the past couple of years, we have come a long way with the new Through Age Wellbeing model and the work continues to further develop and refine the way we deliver services.
